Nutrien Fort Saskatchewan site wins Industrial Business of the Year Award
On January 25, Nutrien’s Fort Saskatchewan nitrogen facility was honored to be the recipient of the Industrial Business of the Year Award by the local Chamber of Commerce.
This award recognizes an industrial business that demonstrated excellence in 2023 by way of business practices, achievements and leadership.
“We’re honored to receive this recognition by the Chamber,” said Ted Sawchuk, General Manager of the the Fort Saskatchewan site. “Having celebrated 40 years of operation in 2023, we’re proud to be a long-standing member of the community and an employer of choice. Our talented team of 150 employees and contractors are helping growers bring food to tables in a sustainable way -- with a shared purpose of Feeding the Future.”
