Nutrien is globally recognized as a Great Place to Work
Nutrien’s operations in three countries have just been certified as great places to work – and we have our employees to thank for the accolade.
Great Place to Work is a global authority on high-trust, high-performance company cultures and a highly esteemed top employer award, and it recently certified Nutrien in Canada, the United States and Australia.
Every year, Great Place to Work conducts the world’s largest study of workplace excellence and evaluates companies against benchmarks for their countries and industries, and awards certification based entirely on what current employees say through anonymous feedback. This year, 91 percent of employees said Nutrien is a physically safe place to work, 80 percent feel good about the ways we contribute to the community, 83 percent report feeling welcomed when joining the organization, and 84 percent are proud to tell others they work here.
“We were thrilled to receive this award last year in the United States and absolutely ecstatic to expand our global reach this year,” says Mike Webb, EVP & Chief HR & Administrative Officer. “Our people are the backbone of our organization and the biggest drivers behind our company’s Culture of Care. I’m proud to work alongside such a caring and dedicated team as we strive to solve one of the world’s greatest challenges – to sustainably feed a growing global population.”
