Celebrating Nutrien’s 65 Year Legacy with the Building Stronger Communities Together Grant

For many decades, Nutrien has been partnering with communities across Saskatchewan, fostering growth and development. This year, as we mark 65 years of potash mining in the region, we are excited to announce the Building Stronger Communities Together Grant, in collaboration with the Saskatoon Community Foundation.

This special grant program will provide 65 community groups across Saskatchewan with $2,500 each. These grants are designed to support meaningful programs and projects that make a tangible difference in the communities where we live and work. Initiatives may range from food pantries and nutrition programming to cultural celebrations, community gatherings, and emergency preparedness.

"As we celebrate Nutrien’s 65 year legacy in Saskatchewan, we are reminded of the profound impact that strong community partnerships can have. This grant program embodies our core belief in investing in the well-being and resilience of our local communities. This milestone is not just about reflecting on our past achievements, but also about building a brighter future together,” said Renee Glushyk, Manager of Community Relations and Investment at Nutrien.

Through the Building Stronger Communities Together Grant, we continue our ongoing commitment to enhancing the lives of Saskatchewan residents and fortifying community spirit. We are proud to play a part in helping these vital projects come to life.
