Nutrien's potash mines share industry insights at Mill Tech and Mine Tech

Every year, Nutrien’s potash business unit hosts two events, Mill Tech and Mine Tech, bringing together engineering, operations, and geosciences teams from its network of six potash mines.

These events serve as forums for sharing successes, lessons, and challenges, fostering an environment encouraging new ideas. Presentations cover topics on technical innovation for equipment and operations, automation, mental health, safety, reliability, and many more, driving continuous improvement in procedures and efficiencies.

The events break down site team silos, enabling cross-team collaboration and the sharing of past experiences across the network, accelerating improvements, and building trust across all sites. The result is a unified approach, shaping a safer, more efficient future for our potash business unit.
